Close to Swellendam
Although Eenuurkop feels wonderfully removed from everything, we're only 6 km outside Swellendam — close enough for supplies, restaurants and exploring town.

All three cottages are fully self-catering, giving you the freedom to settle in and make the place your own.

Babies are welcome

Parents with Small Babies
Our smaller cottages are also suitable for couples travelling with a baby. On request, we can set up a little sleeper cot in your cottage before you arrive.
 

Pets are welcome
All our cottages are pet friendly. Well-trained pets are welcome, provided they bring their own bed.

Fireplaces & firewood
Every cottage has both an indoor and outdoor fireplace, so you can enjoy a fire whatever the weather. Your first two crates of firewood are included. Additional crates are R50 each, with the proceeds helping us fund ongoing alien vegetation clearing on Eenuurkop.
 

A little off the grid
There is no Wi-Fi or television in the cottages. Mobile reception is available via 4G and, at times, 5G. There are no TV or media stations,  just plenty of space to put the phone down, slow down and enjoy where you are.
 

Swimming
Guests are welcome to swim in the farm dam. Please note that there are no lifeguards, and swimming is entirely at your own risk.
 

Roam freely
There are no designated hiking or mountain-bike trails on the farm. Instead, you are free to explore the 160 hectares at your own pace. There is no set path and no need to go anywhere in particular,  just wander and see where the farm takes you.
